Make a Real Living as a Freelance Writer

December 4th, 2007 by Chryselle · 2 Comments

No more books.

That’s what I had promised myself, having returned from a trip with more paper than souvenirs. But with £24 worth of an Amazon Gift Certificate (payment for an article) left to spend (and spend quickly before it expires), here’s what I’m gifting myself for my birthday.

Make a Real Living as a Freelance Writer: How to Win Top Writing Assignments by Jenna Glatzer has got really, really good reviews everywhere I check. With information on every aspect of the trade, I hope this book will be the push I need to go beyond my comfort zone. I’ve heard good things about it - you’ll find a whole topic devoted to the book on the Absolute Write forum.

A review will be here once I’ve read my copy. Can’t wait!

I’m looking forward for that review. This is a book I’ve been planning to read for sometime now… Let’s see how worth it you think it is.

Awesome book! I have it too and it has been a tremendous help, along with Jenna’s other books.
